With 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, I provide specialist language services to US and international publishing companies. I deliver accurate and on-time translation of all content from cover to cover, including cover text and index. Providing ingredient measurement conversions in translated cookbooks is one way to ensure that the work reaches the broadest possible audience and performing these conversions is a unique service that I offer to publishing companies when the author or editor may not have the time or expertise to do so. I’ve built extensive ingredient and conversion databases which make my work efficient and precise.
I also translate other subjects! Although I especially enjoy working on food-related projects, I’ve also translated texts in other areas of nonfiction like travel, wine, history, and art.
Certified Translations
Certified translations are often required for legal proceedings, procedures with government entities and applications to educational institutions, but it’s often difficult to find a certified translator who works with individual clients. As an ATA-certified French to English translator, I provide certified translations of required documents such as vital records, driver licenses, police records, bank statements, academic records or asylum statements. Accuracy is vital, and guaranteed.
